I’ll guide you through my process and you’ll guide me through your goals and expectations, with none of your questions left unanswered. There’s no pressure on my end and no obligation on yours.

We begin your health journey with a full health and medical history, current health concerns, your diet and lifestyle and a review of any relevant and recent pathology results.

You will leave with a tailored prescription and an abundance of resources at your disposal.

We review your case to see how you are feeling, what worked and what needs adjusting.

You’ll have an opportunity to raise any other concerns. I will refine your prescription and consider the necessity of further pathology testing or referrals.

Bring your recent blood test results and we’ll work through them together.

You will receive a complimentary written report summarising our discussion as well as my key findings, so you have a clear reference to keep with you.
